Chevy's were also well-represented, and here is a fine example of the first year that Chevy offered a 4-door hardtop. This is a 1956 Bel Air.
 
Prior to this show, I had never even heard of a DeVaux, but there were three of them on display today. This is a 1931 coupe.  When I asked Bob Conlee, of Clio, MI, if he wanted me to say anything in particular about his 1928 Rolls Royce, he said,
All 1956 model cars received a special award on this, their 50th anniversary.
Here, Tom & Pat Kasson, of Montrose, display their 1956 Chevy Bel Air.
 
As I was talking with the Kassons, a man came over with his son, and asked if they could show his son the unusual hidden gas filler setup on all 1956 Chevys. Another 1956 Chevy celebrating its 50th anniversary, was this totally original, unrestored beauty, owned by Jim Giguere, of Swartz Creek, MI.
