This album covers the November 2007 meeting of the WLEC Studebaker Drivers Club, which was held at the Air Zoo in Kalamazoo.

We met up with our docent, Dar Wellington, out in the lobby. (That's him, all in tan, way in the back.) Here, we're getting a chuckle out of his story about the plane hanging from the ceiling.
 
The woman who owned this pink Curtiss P-40 fighter, donated it to the museum when she retired from flying. Dar, our docent, really added a lot to our tour. He started out by telling us some things about the replica of the Wright brothers first plane, hanging above, as we entered the main part of the museum.
 He told us which one of the brothers that's supposed to be, but I  don't remember. Anybody remember?
